Important: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) sign-up required for VLE access

To enhance the security of our server and ensure your safe access to all platforms, we are implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for logging into the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

If you have already set this up, please disregard this message.

IMPORTANT

Please note, your MOL account (ie your VLE account) is an Office365 account, meaning that if you are logged in to your personal or at work Office365 account you will need to sign out of this account (you will receive an error message saying that your username 'does not exist in the tenant') before you can sign in with ours. Often, you will be given the option to login with another account (if your VLE account is not visible, select 'Add a new account' and enter the VLE login.

If you are not presented with this option, you will need to go to your Microsoft profile - https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ - click your avatar at the top-right of the Microsoft profile page (or your initials if you have not added a picture of yourself) and select Sign in with a different account. Once signed in, there will be an option to switch accounts so you can go back to using your previous account.

To set up MFA, please select one of the options below and follow the corresponding steps:

  1. Microsoft Authenticator app:
  2. SMS text message method:

Note, to set this up you must first open your account's Security info page and sign in to your Microsoft/MOL account using your MOL username and password.

Please complete the setup as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access to the VLE. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the setup process, please get in touch with vlehelpdesk@mollearn.com.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our systems secure.
